Yes, indeed! Why? Well, apart from the fact that this blog still get a good number of views despite having not been updated for the past three years, I just feel the country (and the world, in general) has gotten weirder by the day and I should spend some of my office time compiling all of them. Haha!
And oh, in case you're reading this from outside of Malaysia and wondering what this motorcyclist is doing...
Well, you'll be glad to know that he is not actually following any Malaysian laws that require us to ride a motorbike like a lunatic. He is just doing a manuver called the "superman", a pretty run-of-the-mill stunt that can be seen almost anywhere, anytime on Malaysian roads.
Why? For one, you can ride your motorbike any which way you like here in Malaysia. So, don't be surprised if you see a bunch of kids doing this, or going against traffic, or jumping traffic lights, or swiping the side mirrors of cars... It's perfectly normal. Some of them HAVE died from such mindless acts of whatever-ness, but that hasn't been much of a reason NOT to do stuff. Hey, it's weird here in Malaysia, you know...

I've Been Screwed By Malta!
So I was at Jusco buying some groceries when I got a rude shock at the drinks aisle...
...
...
This isotonic non-alcoholic drink that I've been drinking for more than 15 years is now 'Tidak Ditanggung Halal"! What the hell?
The same sign can be seen plastered near other Malta drinks as well. What about all the ads in the MALAY papers promoting them as minuman seisi keluarga? And I can remember they were giving these out at the Youth '09 event, and EVERYONE was consuming it.
So what do we do now? I'm calling the Malay Mail Hotline on Monday for sure...

Malaysia's Stupid Criminals: Steal Panties, Get The Girl?
This happened a couple of weeks ago, actually. This sucker in KK was sentenced to 25 months in jail for stealing women’s panties at two different houses. At the first break-in, he stole 25 pieces of panties worth RM80 and at the second, he nicked 29 pieces worth RM100. Apparently he planned to re-sell them at flea markets.
The dude is simply stupid. In the first place, the panties weren’t of good brands cos we know that a single piece of LaSenza underwear would at least cost RM50, so 34 for RM180 means it must have been “Cap Bunga” or something.
...

But here’s the clincher: the dude actually left his phone number at the second house!
Yup, apparently someone told him it’s a legitimate wooing technique to break into a woman’s house and steal her underwear. Score!
Yeah, he scored prison time alright…
